MS. KELLIE POE
Founder & CEO, MS, LPCI
Terra received her Bachelor's in Psychology from The University of Memphis in 2016 before going on to provide intensive, high-fidelity treatment for youth with significant behavioral challenges in rural communities throughout West Tennessee. After two years of working at a community mental health clinic, she realized that although these individual and group services are necessary for growth, the communities in which most of her clients lived lacked the proper resources needed for them to be able to fully thrive outside of the clinical setting. This realization led to her returning to her alma mater in 2018 to pursue her Master of Social Work degree with a specialization in Advanced Practice with Children, Youth, and Families.
Upon completing her master's program in May 2021, Terra will go on to obtain professional licensure and focus her work towards providing trauma-informed services to at-risk populations while also seeking to bring resources to underserved communities in hopes to enhance their quality of life beyond treatment. Terra has an extensive history of working within the school systems with clients ages 10-18 who are dealing with childhood trauma, emotional and behavioral concerns, juvenile justice, foster care, and other significant circumstances. She looks forward to meeting her clients where they are and walking alongside them towards the life they deserve to have.
